The method

How we work.

Initial assessment

Understanding the participant's profile, personal aspirations, relationship with the wealth, and the family's expectations. Alignment with the seniors.

Technical curriculum

Sessions on asset classes, wealth structure, governance, taxation, risk management. Training tailored to the starting level and the participant's evolution.

Soft skills

Building the ability to engage with external advisors, managers, bankers, and other family members. Shaping a personal view of one's role.

On-the-job support

Progressive participation in holding board meetings, family office investment committees, meetings with advisors. Growing responsibility over time.
